Job Description

Renewal Center’s Inc. Independent Contractors’ are required to hold an Independent License issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

The Independent Contractor is required to perform the following work:

Provide professional counseling services to persons identified as clients and who are advised in writing that they are clients of Renewal Centers, Inc.

The Independent Contractor will complete an initial intake and assessment of assigned clients, develop treatment plans and conduct counseling and psychotherapy. "Professional counseling or psychotherapy" means the professional application of mental health, psychological and human development theories, principles and techniques that are ethically and professionally used within the scope of the Contractor's knowledge, training and experience.

Required Qualifications:

Licensure

Education
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Systems,

Required Experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in behavioral health setting providing direct clinical care.

Minimum 3 years experience working with EAP clients and their reimbursement agencies and affiliates.
