Cancellation & Refund Policy

ChristianCounselorDirectory.com is a month-to-month directory listing service with no long-term commitments or contracts. You may cancel your listing at any time by deactivating the Auto-Renew option for the listing under the My Listings section of your account.

Once cancelled, your listing will be valid through the end of the current membership period, but will not be auto-renewed. At that time, it will automatically be removed from the directory.

Refunds are rarely needed given the short term of the month-to-month membership, but will be issued as circumstances require. Please use the contact us link below to inquire.
