I am a Certified ADHD Coach and Educational Consultant with over 20,000 hours of professional coaching and consulting experience. I am also seeking Board Certification in Health and Wellness coaching. I believe our nutrition, sleep and exercise greatly impact ADHD and that looking closely at “the whole person” will yield greater results in the coaching process. My focus is coaching teens and adults with ADHD symptoms, organizational obstacles, time management challenges, learning disabilities and Asperger's. I also specialize with those making business or personal transitions who are seeking optimal performance in their lives. I offer both in-person sessions, via Zoomor Facetime and by telephone. Offering a complete educational placement and advocacy service, I am also a specialist in IEP and 504 plans.
I am a practicing Christian (Lutheran) who believes that our faith can get us through all challenges. I believe our faith can help us be the best we can be. Prayer is a powerful force that can bring us peace as well as positive change.
I work to empower my clients utilizing dynamic strategies to enhance their natural strengths. With careful questioning and self-examination, I follow every client down their own unique path. I also aid my clients with managing all the high tech gadgetry in our lives. I have a long corporate history and 25 years of leadership experience. I have expertise working with corporate executives and entrepreneurs.
I am Hallowell Center trained and embrace the ideals of Dr. Edward Hallowell by using an effective strengths based methodology. I continue to be affiliated with his center in New York City and maintain my private practice in Nashville, Tennessee.
