Jasmine Bevens
M.A., Pre-Licensed Counselor
Hello, my name is Jasmine Bevens and I am autistic. I believe my autism is my superpower that allows me to identify things the average clinician wouldn't. I am highly detail-oriented and logically minded, allowing me to pick up on important details others might miss.I use my personal experince, education, and training to help others become their most authentic selves and live happier lives.
Every person is affected by life in different ways which could lead to anxiety, depression, disillusionment, and many more side effects. I want to guide people through these struggles by meeting them where they are and helping them get to a healthier, positive place.
My counseling techniques are primarily based on cognitive behavioral therapy which endeavors to change emotional consequences due to behaviors that are caused by maladaptive thoughts.
I look forward to working with any person or family, young or old, who wants to get started on the journey to better mental health.
