My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
Becoming a pastoral therapist stems from my desire to integrate faith with mental health care. I’ve seen the profound impact of spirituality on healing, which drives me to help individuals seeking psychological support and spiritual growth.
During my training, I learned that combining therapeutic practices with Christian principles can lead to meaningful change. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and beliefs, aiming to guide them toward hope, healing, and a closer connection to their faith. This is why I chose the path of a pastoral therapist.
