Hi! I’m Brittny C. Lyle, Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a woman of God, a devoted wife and mother to a little girl, and a counselor of nearly 15 years who loves serving individuals, couples, and families.
My approach to counseling is holistic, heart-focused, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, solution-focused, systemic, and structural (i.e., cycles and boundaries). I teach clients about connections between the body, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Through collaboration, I help clients find language to express their needs, practice gratitude and self-care, and set healthy boundaries to cultivate wellness. And to keep clients engaged and become advocates for their own healing, I assign homework, regularly.
When working with couples, specifically, I may utilize PREPARE/ENRICH, Gottman Method, and/or Woodfellow’s Love Cycles/Fear Cycles model. Couples will learn how to build on their strengths, communicate effectively, rebuild trust and intimacy, and ultimately, share their deepest desires and dreams.

Virtual Sessions:
Individual Intake (60 min) – $205
Individual Therapy (50 min) – $180
Marriage/Couples Therapy/Family Intake & Relationship Assessment (60 min) – $270
Marriage/Couples/Family Therapy Session (50 min) – $195
Premarital Counseling/Education Package (6 Sessions/60 min each) – $1,245 (pay per session as you go)

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I became a therapist because I have a heart for helping individuals discover more of their true selves, assisting couples in learning how to get to “know” each other as God intended by design, and helping families enhance cohesion.
I believe that mental health derives from one’s SOUL HEALTH, therefore, I integrate spirituality into the healing process, as guided by the client. Personally, I navigate my life with a Christian compass, but I welcome my clients’ beliefs and positions on spirituality and in no way try to impose my beliefs on them.
