About
Your relationships, your emotions, your behaviors, and your story matter. I can provide support & skills for depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency/boundaries, relationship conflicts, parenting, spiritual wounds/challenges, & more. I am especially interested in working with you to develop a full sense of self based on four character structures: attachment (how well you function in intimate/close relationships), separation (how you function as an individual apart from others), integration (how you balance the good & the bad in life), and adulthood (how well you function w/authority & autonomy).
As a Christian counselor, I want to help you by working on getting to know & accept yourself, making communicating in relationships feel safe, identifying & communicating emotional needs & wants, creating & enforcing boundaries, decreasing feelings of guilt & emotional exhaustion, exploring the roots of anxiety & depression, healing trauma, & becoming comfortable with vulnerability.
My hope is to awaken hope in you, especially through the therapeutic relationship; one that is sacred & healing. The therapy office is not a place for judgment; it is a place for safety. You are invited to join me in a space where you are seen & heard. I would be honored to walk alongside you, making you feel known, & reminding you that you are not alone.
