About

The Pain Point Is The Turning Point. Our clients come to our practice because they are supposed to go in a new direction. The problem is the pain & the overwhelm is blinding, and they don’t know which way to turn. The anxiety you feel is a DO-OR-DIE signal–choose to live again or die with the devil you know. With over 20 years of experience, we’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families to help them break free from traumatic responses like depression, rage, anxiety, and PTSD; toxic relationships; and unfulfilling patterns that keep them stuck. We follow the 3/7 rule. In 3 sessions, we end your pain; in 7 sessions, we give you the tools & insights to make lasting change.

We provide a compassionate environment and a proven roadmap for deep and quick healing. Our holistic approach combines the Safe and Sound Protocol, applied kinesiology, conscious forgiveness, prolonged immersion, memory reformation, and a 7-week coaching process. The typical response after a session is “I feel Light.”

As Black therapists, we understand the deep impact of intergenerational trauma, systemic challenges, and identity crises. For those seeking a Christian therapist, we offer a faith-based approach that integrates spiritual guidance with evidence-based trauma recovery techniques. If you’re ready to step into the life you love and deserve, we are here to help. Call or email for a FREE 30-minute Consultation.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

Watching clients heal and transform is what makes being a psychotherapist so fulfilling. My favourite moment in the therapeutic process is the "connect" session. After this session, our clients have the answer to a question they have been asking for a long time. They can say, "I know who I am" and "I know my why." After this session, it's like the whole world opens up, and there is no limit to what our client can do. We love seeing people realize their full potential and fall in love with their lives.
