It is not uncommon for people to have problems or conflicts in their lives. My desire is to come alongside people and provide a safe place for healing and growing... personally, relationally, emotionally, and spiritually.
My Private Practice is located in downtown Pleasant Hill in a quiet and peaceful setting. I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of wonderful people over the years including individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children.
Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, women's issues, parenting, marriage, low self-esteem, addiction/recovery issues, life transitions, premarital counseling, and the healthy development of a sense of self. I also enjoy teaching parenting classes and running women's groups. Personally I have been married for 29 years and have two adult children.
