I am a professional Christian counselor with a Master's Degree in Christian Counseling. I am credentialed as a Board Certified Christian Counselor by the International Board of Christian Care, the credentialing arm of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
I consider it a privilege to participate in the Lord's work of redemption in the lives of those who walk into my office. I believe that the church is intended by God to be a beacon of help and hope and that the local church is an ideal environment for healing and growth. While counseling is a private endeavor, I work in conjunction with and under the authority of the leadership at Windsor Chapel.
I believe that Christian counseling is best practiced in a professional but relaxed environment and that Christian counseling is most effective when time is taken to develop a therapeutic relationship that encourages growth by both parties. Christian counseling is not so much about finding the perfect Bible verse to apply as it about seeking to apply the whole of Biblical truth in a personal way that reflects God's goodness and grace.
