I have a true passion for helping people live the abundant life that God promised to them. I combine God's Holy Word, Christian psychology, and theology to help you face life's challenges. By applying practical solutions, the end goal is that you will be more spiritually, emotionally and physically healthy.
I offer a safe space where we will work together to achieve harmony between your body, soul and spirit. As a Licensed Temperament Counselor, I understand that man has unique inborn traits and customize interventions to the individual.
I will not only "speak life" over you, but also pray with you, and for you. We can work to overcome your problems and struggles so that you may live victoriously. It is not God's will for you to live defeated. Let's walk through the hard places of life together.

I am a Clinical Pastoral Counselor licensed by the National Christian Counselors Association. License #22114
I have a Master's degree in Clinical Christian Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary.
I have 16 years of experience in mental health and pastoral care, including counseling; coaching and recovery; grief care; lay chaplaincy; and psychiatric rehabilitation.
I am a state-certified Peer Recovery Coach and use lived experience to help those living with mental illness.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
As a Christian Counselor, I believe that Jesus is the source of all healing and transformation. There is a space in your life that only Jesus can fill. When he is not integrated into your life, a hunger and thirst will be ever-present that will impact your emotions, relationships, decisions, and general functioning in life.
My ministry is based on Isaiah 61, verse 1: "The spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;"
I rely on the Holy Spirit and meet all of my clients with love, compassion, empathy, and sensitivity.
