I received my Mater of Arts in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from Santa Clara University.

Our lives can be difficult and feel overwhelming. My focus is to compassionately empower you to become more resilient. You will have the opportunity to learn the skills to calm yourself down, whether you are angry, sad, or afraid. We will work together to help you heal at the deepest level, getting to the root of the problem.

My goal is to always assist clients to achieve a level of healing that is as complete as possible. Further, with me you can learn how to change the way your brain is working, so you think and feel more like your adult self. My intention is that you walk away able to navigate change differently for the rest of your life.
