I attended The University of Northwestern in Roseville, Minnesota and obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in psychology in 1993. I obtained my Master of Arts degree from Adler Graduate school in 2003 and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist.
My style is kind, authentic, down to earth, warm and encouraging. It’s really important to me that you feel seen, heard, and known. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I draw from different theoretical approaches and skill sets to tailor therapy to your unique individual needs. I am truly energized by helping people grow in their relationship to themselves and others.
I have 19 years of experience counseling a diverse range clients with a variety of issues and concerns and I welcome clients of any gender identity, ethnicity, race, sexual orientation and religious affiliation.
