At 66, I've known both joy and heartache, uncertainty and hope, So wherever you're at, I offer compassionate, non-judgmental understanding. As an LCSW and Spiritual Director, I teach practical skills, grounded in truth and love--things to deepen your understanding and give you a new way to life. If you want to move beyond coping mechanisms and behavior changes to the life you were created for, I can help!
Together, we look at how your history influenced your thinking. We work to correct ideas that prevented you from setting boundaries or triggered your anxiety. Bad decisions don't have to continue to have bad effects. Once you feel cared about and understood, you'll be more able to make genuine connections, find a way through difficulties, and live life to its fullest.
