As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Spiritual Director, I work with individuals and couples to create a more fulfilling life. At 66, I've known both joy and heartache, uncertainty and hope. I offer clients real-life, compassionate understanding and spiritual wisdom. My goal is for you to move beyond just coping to the life you were created for.
Together, we look at how your history has influenced your thinking. We work to correct ideas that prevented you from setting boundaries or that trigger your anxiety. We work to neutralize bad decisions and enable you to make better ones--ones that will lead to the life you desire. Once you feel cared about and understood, you'll be more able to make genuine connections and find a way through difficulties. You can live life to its fullest!
