You feel like you “should” be strong, coping with life and in control of your emotions, and yet you feel helpless and doubtful losing belief in yourself. You want to be hopeful, feeling joy and peace in life but you do not know how to sustain that. You have a lot on your plate, exhausted, noticing continued and growing stress on yourself and your relationships with others. Often these times are coupled with feelings of loneliness, fear, anxiousness, impatience, resentment, bitterness, feeling inadequate along with shame or guilt for having those feelings.
There is a way out of suffering. Joy and peace can co-exist with life’s difficulties. I work with my clients to explore these difficult issues and help them to gain a sense of deeper connection, hope, and peace. I use an honest, authentic, and caring approach and will help you to develop skills that will move you through the emotional pain.
