Direct payment: Evaluation $225; Consultation $175. Individual Psychotherapy $150. Couples $200. Service with direct payment carries the highest confidentiality and greatest accessibility with the doctor. Patients are provided a receipt when they are seeking reimbursement by their PPO insurance for private practice services, however total confidentiality is then forfeited.
