Elizabeth earned a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Louisville and
Master’s in Biblical Studies from Manna Christian College. She has over 30 years of experience working in a variety of treatment settings. Elizabeth specializes in working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. She utilizes a variety of techniques including EMDR, CBT, and somatic/sensorimotor.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
My first experience with counseling was as a teenager coping with anxiety while playing competitive sports. This sparked my interest and led me to want to help others as I was helped. My faith is very important to me, and the Lord carried me through tough times. When you incorporate your faith into the clinical healing process, it is life changing.
