About

Hi, I’m Ellie — a Christian therapist who’s passionate about creating a space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel seen. I work with preteens, teens, college students, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, academic or occupational stress, social struggles, challenges in relationships, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I’ll walk alongside you as we explore what’s going on beneath the surface and build tools that feel practical and empowering. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness, attachment-based, and relational approaches — I adapt interventions based on each person’s age, needs, and goals. Throughout the process, I’ll check in with you regularly to develop goals together and make sure we’re focusing on what feels most helpful and meaningful to you.

If you’re feeling anxious, burnt out, or just ready for a space to process life with someone who gets it, I’d love to connect. I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, so please feel free to reach out by call, text, or email — You can also schedule a free 15-minute consultation directly through my website. This gives us a chance to connect, answer any questions you might have, and see if this feels like the right fit :)

*I offer in-person therapy in my cozy Mission Viejo office (with blankets, fidgets, and a warm, calming aesthetic), or online sessions across California.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of my faith—rooted in compassion, healing, and walking alongside others in their struggles. I became a Christian therapist because I believe that emotional and spiritual growth often go hand in hand. It’s a privilege to offer a space where clients can be honest about what they’re going through and explore how their faith intersects with their healing process.
