About
As a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor with a PhD in Christian Clinical Psychology, I have dedicated the past 30 years to serving in the Christian counseling ministry. My passion lies in meaningfully supporting individuals and families as they experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and marital conflict. My mission is to lead them toward lasting peace, healing, and a renewed sense of joy in life.
Additionally, as an ordained minister, I have found that Christian cognitive behavioral techniques, using Scripture, are especially effective in addressing life challenges. I integrate temperament therapy using the APS results, as well as Christ-centered mindfulness. This holistic approach enables individuals to improve their emotional intelligence while deepening their spiritual well-being.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
Having personally navigated several crises and experienced profound healing from trauma, I have a deep passion for helping others find their own path to healing and restoration. I believe every person is created in God's image with a unique purpose. Even in the face of failure or personal crisis, these challenges can draw us deeper into His grace and love. Jesus has not only healed my brokenness but has also equipped me to guide others in experiencing His transformative power. No matter how overwhelming the circumstances, He remains the ultimate source of peace, healing, and redemption.
