My clientele includes children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I utilize play therapy with children up to age 12.
As a counselor, it is my desire to facilitate the healing process in each individual who is experiencing or has previously experienced a difficult, even traumatic situation, resulting in disappointment, and emotional wounding. Because each client is unique with their situation unique to them, I provide a customized counseling approach incorporating biblical and traditional psychotherapy in an eclectic framework. My counseling experience includes the following fields: relational issues or enhancement, drug abuse and use, eating disorders, self-esteem and identity, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, social phobias, anger issues, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, emotional and sexual abuse. Relational counseling for couples including premarital and marriage are provided.
