Finding the right therapist is often a challenging experience. This is especially true for those who identify as Christian and want their beliefs and values understood and incorporated into their counseling sessions. My work involves coming alongside you as we figure out together who God made you to be and what obstacles might be in the way of you fully understanding and embracing yourself made in the Image of God. My goal is to get to know you, your hopes and dreams. We may look at events in your life that have shaped you or created a version of you that you're unhappy with. We'll work together to heal!
As a Christ-follower, with an undergraduate degree in Bible, and graduate degrees in Counseling Psychology, my speciality is integrating faith into the therapeutic process. Together, we'll decide what that looks like for you. Remember, this is your process and your time!
