I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from George Fox University and Western Evangelical Seminary.
I resonate best with, born again, believers, but I treat those who have their own tradition of worship and faith with just as much respect and honor, in a loving non judgmental way. I want to come along side all who reach out for my help. I have found that people, whether you are labeled Christian or something else, still yearns for connection to someone significant, yearns for security and the sense of being special in someone else's heart, as well as their own. Somehow, maybe early in life, you've been treated like you are not. Someone important to you has shamed you treated you with neglect or abandonment, and told you, in action or words, that you are worthless-and we believed it. Sad. This seriously affects relationships with others, and the coupling process toward oneness and sustains you're feelings of not being balanced and whole. I hear you. I have been there. Together we can build yourself and relationship back to a place that is probably better than it's ever been before. God wants you to celebrate Him and those you love, especially your spouse.
