About
Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk this path alone. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where you’re seen, heard, and understood. I believe each person is inherently valuable and capable of healing and growth—you were made on purpose, and for a purpose. My counseling approach centers on understanding your unique story, values, and goals to help you flourish.
With a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas Christian University, a Master’s in Behavioral Analysis from North Texas University, and a Master’s in Counseling from Divine Mercy University, I bring a rich foundation of knowledge and training to support your journey. Together, we’ll work to help you gain clarity, resilience, and the tools you need to lead a fulfilling life.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
With a unique blend of experiences in ABA therapy, special education, and leadership training, I bring a deep understanding of career growth, family life, and personal flourishing. My own journey—as a counselor, wife, and mother—has shaped my compassionate, Christian approach, which is trauma-informed and attachment-based. I consider it an honor to walk with you through life’s complexities, offering a supportive space for healing and growth.
