About
I am a cognitive behavioral therapist with eight years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
I counsel with attention to the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. I am sensitive to a client's desire to include or not to include faith during counseling sessions. If my client wants the inclusion of scripture, I work to find the relevant and encouraging balance of scripture and clinical skill to reach individual goals.
I will work with you to find healing for both past hurts and current concerns. Utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques as well as an eclectic blend of other interventions, I strive to meet clients where they are in their struggles, and help them achieve their counseling goals. I have years of experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma and parenting concerns.
I received her Master of Counseling Psychology degree from Regent University in 2008.
I accept Cigna insurance.
