Harvest House is born out of a deep desire to develop and grow healthy, meaningful, attached relationships with God, self, and one another. The principle of relationship is the fundamental organizing structure of our universe, our world, and ourselves. This principle guides our work as clinicians, colleagues, and friends. This work is hard work; however, it is necessary work.

Marriage and Family Therapists are unique in the mental health field because of our systemic orientation. Our education and extensive training in the dynamics of relationships set us apart from other clinical practitioners.

While relationships are complicated, we do our best and are often quite successful. However, there are other times when we have done all that we know to do, and we are still stuck. While struggling is an essential part of personal and relationship growth, it does not make sense to continue to fight when there is help available.

Life can be a challenging process. You don't have to tackle life's problems alone. Sometimes we need some extra help to be the best version of ourselves. Are you coming out of an unhealthy relationship? I truly find joy in empowering women to take back their lives and love themselves unconditionally.

The process begins by identifying barriers that are blocking us from achieving our desired goals. Life is an ongoing journey. Therapy can increase our self-awareness and improve our overall health and well-being. I welcome you - with open arms - to begin the therapeutic process and begin to look at those obstacles in life.

I want to help you address the issues in your life from a systems perspective. Let's work on some new skills and tools focused on balance and peace in your life and your relationships.

I work with individuals (women and men) from a non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate place. My therapeutic approach seeks to find the strength that you already possess to

Oftentimes, the presenting problem in your life has some deeper roots to explore. And I am here to assist you with breaking down those roots.

I believe in the therapeutic process, the research, and the connection required to discover the appropriate tools for a better life. You have your own story to tell. I provide a warm and compassionate space for you to tell it.

To develop a more preferred story that fits your worldview, we can explore your unique stories together and identify some themes. I believe that each person has an innate ability to overcome life’s challenges. We can uncover them together.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in fostering self-awareness and unearthing your innate abilities to overcome obstacles. Your growth and well-being are my top priorities, and I am committed to providing the unwavering support you need.
