Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
As I was struggling in a failed marriage of 13 years and faced the world as a single mother of two-I became depressed and sought Christian counseling through a minister who was also a therapist and had such a grey cloud lifted from me. I knew that I wanted to help others love God more and to heal-and decided to become a Christian Counselor. With a strong faith, I have had to persevere through several hard traumas and was able to increase strength and courage; wisdom and focus with each one as God helped me through. Often it makes no sense when we find ourselves suffering but in time, we find the meaning and purpose through our growth and and also in others. Being able to help others through their walk is a blessing.
