I am most passionate about working with teens and young adults as they navigate their development in today’s confusing and complex challenges. It is my goal to support my clients in understanding their values, growing in their skills to face challenges with mental health and difficult circumstances, and finding empowerment in who God made them to be. In my time as a therapist, I have worked with clients on issues such as family conflict, identity issues, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and trauma. I am pre-licensed therapist at JI Therapy. I have a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary and am currently under the supervision of Jennifer Imsland, MA, LMFT. I aim to meet my clients just as Jesus did: relationally with grace and truth. Just as Jesus offers acceptance for His children amid their brokenness, I hope to extend the same acceptance to clients no matter what issues they bring into therapy while also pointing to the healing that comes with pursuing God’s truth.
