I have an M.S.W.from Rutgers Graduate school of Social Work,and I have an L.C.S.W. License in the state of NJ. I have been in Practice for fifteen(15) years and I work with Adults in individual,marital and family counseling,as well as with children with ADD,oppositional defiant disorder and other child and adolescent behaviors.I offer a Christian based Pre-Marital Program that allows the couple to see their strengths and weaknesess before they become a married couple in the eyes of GOD. .
I work with the many different types of addictions,and have a twelve step christian recovery model that is favored by my christian clients dealing with their addictions.I can be reached (7) days a week,by phone 732-887-1530,or by E-Mail at jmd1111@aol.com.I have late appts mon thru thursday till 9 pm and Friday evenings as needed.I accept most Insurance Plans.I have a sliding scale for those without ins.,and I look forward to speaking with you. Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I was called by GOD! I could stop their ( lol) but their was so much more! When I said yes to GOD I didn't realize that to attain your gift you have to experience the same life events as those you are going to serve.But when I found out my gift was to be a CHRISTIAN counselor it meant I'd have to experience all the first hand grief and loss as the children GOD would have me serve? And so I did.Today i am a Christian counselor who has been their and truly understands your pain.Today GOD works through me in HIS office(HE let me put my name on the office door lol)and the miracles that I've seen in that office are still spectacular to me! I've been doing this with the LORD for 17+ Years and I love it! I pray that I may serve you one day,and I ask you to please keep me in your prayers. GOD Bless. Jim. HSMB
