As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California (PSY35205), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington (LMHC 6175566), Dr. Tiffany Modica provides compassionate, integrative clinical care empowering clients through growth and transformation. She works with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, PTSD, men's and women's issues, attachment and foster care/former foster youth, and adoption, grief and loss, relationship challenges, divorce, and more. I have been providing therapy to clients over 6 years. Journeys Counseling is a Christian counseling center, and provides support to all people, of all different faith perspectives, and with multi-cultural and diverse backgrounds. Dr. Modica's expertise is in providing trauma-informed care through EMDR, mindfulness coping and grounding, ACT, EFT, and values-driven.
Dr. Modica has a doctorate in clinical psychology from Azusa Pacific University (APA accredited), and a bachelor in music from Chapman University. Dr. Modica is also a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC). Dr. Modica has worked in a variety of settings in her clinical work, from corrections, crisis center, university counseling centers, and community mental health.
