I have always enjoyed getting to know people and coming to understand what inspires them. A goal of my private practice is to incorporate God into our healing journey in order to help clients minimize any challenges and symptoms that prevent them from being the best version of themselves. Having worked in several urban hospitals in New York, most of my psychiatric experience was with clients coping with serious mental illness and histories of trauma. I was part of a team of clinicians who have had years of training with a collective focus on being client-centered, which was firmly beneficial to helping produce positive outcomes. My experience gave me a great array of tools that I can share with clients who may be dealing with mild, moderate, or severe challenges, helping improve their overall ability to cope and function in order to meet their goals.
