Tamara is licensed as an Associate Therapist in Marriage and Family and has an MA in Art Therapy. When you give us a call, you might have Tamara answer your call as she is our Intake Director. Her soft and compassionate voice will help you feel welcomed and put you at ease.
She is passionate about helping people reach their potential. She works with children, couples, and individuals.
She is in our Bloomfield and Midland Park offices and can meet with you via telehealth.
Moises Orbe

Moises is an exceptional therapist who helps people struggling with ADHD, addiction to video games, and those struggling with social skills. He connects well with teenagers but also with couples working in their relationships. Moises accepts people where they are, providing gentle understanding and safety. Moises sees people in Midland Park and via telehealth. He speaks Spanish and English fluently.
Erica Realpe

Erica Realpe received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University with a concentration in Spanish. She also holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. Erica works with couples, families, individuals, and groups from English and Spanish-speaking backgrounds. Erica's passion is to provide counseling for the well-being and restoration of family relationships. She is an active member of her community and church and has volunteered to lead various community, children, and youth outreach programs. Erica enjoys teaching and participating in multiple forms of artistic expression while at the same time balancing her love of being a wife and mother.
Gerard DeMatteo

As stressors and struggles impact us living in a broken world, we need a hope-filled focal point to reorder our lives. Gerard has been providing that with compassionate counseling, providing hope, and giving encouragement to people who are struggling. For over 20 years as a pastoral elder at a local church in New Jersey, Gerard has been teaching, disciplining, providing pre-marital and marital counsel, pastoral counseling to individuals and groups, and being a resource to those in his greater church network.
He has recently honed his skills. He is a graduate of the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in 2016 Nyack, NY, with an MA in Mental Health Counseling and was awarded AGSC’s “Excellence in Clinical Skills” Award. Gerard is licensed with the State of NJ as a Licensed Professional Counselor. He resides in Rutherford, NJ, with his wife Mickie. They have four grown daughters.
Gerard works at our Rutherford location and telehealth.
Christina Han

Christina received a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University with a concentration in Psychology. She also holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. Christina is passionate about helping others discover peace and fulfillment in their relationships and lives. Whether you are working on a parent-child relationship, a marital relationship, or a relationship with yourself, Christina equips people with the coping skills and necessary tools to grow more positive encounters with self and others. Also, she partners with children, adults, couples, and families to overcome tough life challenges, including depression, anxiety, life adjustments, and stress. Christina uses compassionate and empathic conversation through counseling to discover new perspectives and create attainable goals.
Christina provides therapy in English or Korean. She works in our Midland Park office, Fort Lee, and telehealth.

As someone with a caring heart, I want to help you untangle things, make sense of what’s wrong, and bring healing to the places in your heart that have been troubling you.
I have experience helping adults, adolescents, couples, and families find clarity and meaning. I can help you process your present difficulties in light of the past and how your past experiences have impacted you. You are worth it! Your relationship is worth it! There is hope to face the challenges you’re facing now and the ones still to come. I want to join with you in finding that hope.
