Elisha McNeal
LSW
I consider it an honor to be able to sit with people in their hardships. I engage with others in a highly-relational approach, knowing that healthy relationships are a key component to living whole. Oftentimes we feel stuck in the hard things, in past hurts, or in emotional and mental unwellness, and need new tools for our tool belts to manage and overcome the obstacles we’re facing. I want to support people in that process. I believe we were created with a purpose, each of us with unique gifts and abilities with a plan to live life to the full. Sometimes we get into seasons of life where we can’t see clearly and need help believing and knowing those truths.

It’s an honor to help clients not only heal through a painful season, but also uncover their unique gifts along the way. I enjoy guiding clients toward a deeper relationship with themselves, others, nature, and God, and helping them step more fully into a life that aligns with their values. Tessa Mitan
LPC
I have a passion for helping others walk through challenging circumstances and heal from past hurts/wounds. My goal is to help every client thrive psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually through a strong therapeutic relationship and evidence-based practices.
Counseling can be vulnerable and challenging while leading to significant life change. I value taking the time to know each of my clients individually and build trust necessary for deep work. My goal is to meet you where you are, understand your unique needs, and help you move toward healing! I use a client-centered approach combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you work toward healing and growth.
