About
I am a relational therapist and I find it rewarding to help clients create relationships that are meaningful, joyful, and peaceful. Those relationships may be couples, friendships, family relationships, professional relationships, etc.
In addition to relational therapy, I see adult individuals who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, a big life transition, job changes, spiritual challenges or grief.
I know coming to therapy is a big step and I feel honored each time a client walks through the door to share intimate details of their life.
I have a strong Christian Faith and I enjoy discussing faith if clients are interested in using that lens.
I believe that humor can be healing so I like to include it, if appropriate, in session.
I have a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Counseling from St. Edward's University.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I have always had a heart for helping and I realized many years ago that God was leading me to be a Professional Christian Counselor. Since I have finished my schooling and licensing requirements, I have worked in a few church environments seeing adult individuals and couples. Now, I work in a clinic setting seeing the same populations and I feel privileged to do His work.
