I have worked in the mental health field for nearly 30 years helping people with a variety of needs. I have expertise with drug/alcohol addictions and co-dependency but also have a strong background working with depression, anxiety and psychotic disorders. I am certified as a Christian counselor as well. My education as a social worker, together with my Christian orientation gives me the unique opportunity to address your life challenges in a more complete way. I am a culturally competent therapist who has the knowledge and ability to understand and work with people from a variety of diverse backgrounds. I offer therapy to adults and teens primarily, with the exception of family therapy which may include younger children.
I offer traditional therapy services, but my practice can include prayer and scripture if that is what you'd like. I consider all areas of your life as a way to help you improve your overall health. My goal is to help you work through whatever challenge you are facing so you can live a more satisfying life that provides you meaning and joy.
I am available Monday and Tuesday evenings and provide virtual sessions only through a video platform. Insurances accepted are Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare. Payments can be made via Cashapp, Venmo and check.
