My practice primarily focuses on five areas: Marriage Coaching, Pornography and Sexual Addiction, Shame and Guilt Recovery, Anger and Depression, and Premarital Counsel.
My desire is to see couples and individuals strengthened when they respond to God's Word and the work of the Holy Spirit in their lives. The Bible offers peace-filled counsel, and everyone needs those reminders.
Pornography and sexual addiction are tearing apart lives and marriages. We have an enemy who delights in this, but we have a Savior who can redeem it all.
My first book, Why We Hide (available on Amazon), offers God's plan to free believers from the burden of guilt and shame.
To best help those in need, we offer in-office as well as on-line appointments.
My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
I am the son of a pastor whose family would have benefited greatly by biblical counsel. Sadly, my father never sought help for his struggles, but that inspired me to pursue counseling as a ministry/career. Everyone could benefit from the application of God's Word to their thoughts and the resulting life patterns.
I have personally seen how guilt and shame can cripple individuals and marriages. My desire is to bring healing to that space by the hope and encouragement that only God can offer.
