Hello! I’m Megan Holmgren, a Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. For many people, therapy is a difficult and anxiety-inducing process to begin. I applaud you for taking the first step! I seek to create an environment where you feel not only heard, but empowered, supported, and seen. God did not design us to walk through life alone and I will be honored to provide a space without judgment or stigma. There is beauty in the unique nature of every story, and I will be humbled and privileged to be a part of yours. I am excited to walk alongside you as you write and process your story.

Availability:
Immediate openings in-person or via telehealth Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm
Rates & Insurance:
- My session fee is $120. While an investment in therapy requires sacrifice, sometimes it causes hardship. For those needing a discounted rate, a sliding scale is available with a minimum fee of $80 per session. This rate is calculated at .1% of your yearly gross household income.
- I am not in network with insurance. However, I am more than happy to provide clients with superbills to file for out-of-network benefits with their insurance.
