My name is Sonya Harold. I am a Christian Counselor, and a grief and loss counselor and a chaplain, that is certified by the National Association of Christian Counselors that offer services that deal with the human spirit, understanding your walk with Christ, how to seek help with church issues and church hurt, how to overcome substance and drug abuse, anxiety, depression, the loss of a loved one, and much more. I have obtained my Certification in June as a Christian Counselor and my certification as a grief and loss counselor in July. So far I have helped people near and far. And looking to reach others within my community.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I became a Christian Counselor to help others that have gone through some things I have been through. I have overcame depression, suicidal thoughts, church hurt, insomnia, and so much more. I believe God has equipped me to help others overcome just like someone helped me. God has chosen me to reach others outside of the church, as well as in the church to become a better them. The plan of God for your life is greater than any obstacle you may face. Don’t give up on God cause he won’t give up on you! Why not try God again?
