About
At Gifted Wellness, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, faith-based therapy to empower Christians as they journey through life’s challenges. I specialize in supporting adults dealing with depression, anxiety, postpartum concerns, relational trauma, and work-related stress. Through evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), integrated within a Christian framework, I guide clients toward emotional healing, resilience, and spiritual growth.
I hold a Master of Social Work degree from University of Central Florida. I am a pre-licensed therapist in the state of Washington (SC61397952), practicing under the supervision of Taichi Shinohara (LW60945702).
At Gifted Wellness, my mission is to create a safe, empathetic space where clients can grow emotionally and spiritually, leaning on both practical tools and the strength of their faith in God. Together, we’ll work to restore peace, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I feel called to serve in mental health, where I can provide compassionate support through life’s most challenging seasons. Guided by my Christian worldview, I believe the Bible is true, and I rely on God’s promises to help me through my own struggles with depression and anxiety. My faith gives me strength, and I’m committed to helping others find this same resilience.
In my work, I see a need for mental health support that respects the central role faith plays in people’s lives. I work with clients facing depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, relational and complex trauma, and even moments of doubt. Through evidence-based practices and faith-based insight, I strive to make healing possible while staying anchored in God’s truth.
