Charles F. Misja, Ph.D. received his Ph.D. degree from Kent State University in 1980 and is a licensed psychologist. He and his brother Michael co-authored "Thriving Despite a Difficult Marriage" (Navpress) and were featured on Focus on the Family. They have hosted call-in programs on various Christian radio stations and have conducted numerous seminars and workshops on marriage, family, and mental health issues.
He is on staff at Southwest General Hospital and and Parma Community General Hospital. In addition to over twenty-five years with North Coast Family Foundation, Dr. Misja has been Adjuct Professor of Psychology at Ashland Theological Seminary, Clinical Supervisor at the Diagnostic and Evaluation Clinic in Austintown, OH, and Director of the Central Assessment Team at Western Reserve Psychiatric Habilitation Center in Northfield, OH.
