About
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with 26 years of experience in the field. I have worked in the college counseling center at Moody Bible Institute for 26 years and also see private clients.
My mission as a therapist is to create a safe place where people can find healing and to use my expertise to help free them up from things that bind them so they can grow and experience life more fully. I have worked with individuals struggling with a wide range of issues.
My specialties include: working with trauma survivors, including sexual abuse, physical, emotional and spiritual abuse, individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions and relational issues.
Having grown up overseas I also enjoy working with those who are managing cultural transitions and adjustment.
