About

Relationships can be our greatest source of joy—but when conflict, disconnection, or past wounds surface, they can also bring deep pain. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate relational challenges, heal attachment wounds, and build secure, fulfilling connections. Whether you’re struggling with communication, trust, or intimacy, I provide a compassionate space to explore, grow, and reconnect. You don’t have to navigate this alone—let’s work together to create the relationship you deserve.

By using evidence-based therapeutic modalities and faith-based principles, together we can help your mind and body heal and connect back to your innate resiliency and identity through Christ Jesus.

I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). Through these models, I’m able to help individuals and couples gain insight into their lives and develop effective ways of changing negative thoughts, patterns and behaviors and strengthen their relationships.

It’s my honor and privilege to be able to come alongside you and help you navigate challenges in your life. Before we start, it’s important to make sure my services are right for you. We’ll begin with a free 15 minute phone consultation so you can learn more about my approach to the journey we’ll be taking together!

Please check out my website for more information about my services & fees (www.phoenixrisingcc.com).

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.” -Isaiah 40: 28-31

Jesus is our greatest source of truth, wisdom, acceptance and peace. Christian counseling focuses on the care and cure for the soul through our Lord and Savior.
