Creating lasting change can be difficult, especially when feeling stuck or defeated. However, with help, victory is possible and achievable! With a compassionate heart, I help men and couples who struggle with anxiety, anger, or depression, those who find it hard to connect with God or their spouse, and men who can’t kick Porn. My main goal is to connect clients to intimacy with Jesus & His Word, to find freedom & transformation, and provide strategies & tools to create new habits so they can thrive spiritually, sexually, emotionally, relationally, and financially.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
For me, counseling ministry began in 2010 as I met weekly with men to disciple and counsel them, seeing the Holy Spirit use me as a vessel to provide hope and healing. Sensing a calling, I then pursued Biblical training to help men & couples and in 2021 received a Certification in Pastoral Counseling from Hope Institute for Pastoral Counseling. There I studied how the brain responds to trauma & anxiety, and how to Biblically address PTSD, unhealthy sexuality, affection for money, and addictions.
