I provide Marriage and Family Therapy with the goal of strengthening and unifying couples and families. I help individuals, couples and families overcome roadblocks that are interfering with the pursuit of a happy life.
I have experience working is a variety of settings including in-home therapy, in-patient hospitalization program and out-patient private practice. I believe that clients need a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment in which they can explore the thoughts and feelings that are causing them pain.
I counsel on a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, pre-marital and marital issues, spiritual concerns and others. I use and eclectic approach when working with my clients including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I have 14 years of experience as a therapist.
