As your therapist, I am committed to providing compassionate counseling services in a warm, friendly environment that will help you find a sense of balance and hope for your life and relationships. I combine understanding with practical steps for moving forward in life. I will work as a facilitator to help you identify your goals, develop inner strengths and learn new skills that can help you achieve personal growth and increased well-being. As physical, mental and spiritual beings, I believe all of us are changing and growing throughout our lives. At times, we can feel as though we are treading water or running in place. Participating in counseling can help you work through the “stuck places” in any or all aspects of your life as you cultivate hope, personal growth and increased authenticity.
Life can be conceptualized as a journey rather than a single destination but at times, it can be difficult to see beyond a particular crisis or situation. I will work with you as a collaborative partner to help you view your areas of difficulty from a different vantage point. I will come alongside you and assist you as you develop new paths to achieve your goals. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach, tailored to your unique strengths and circumstances. Together we will work to bring about healing and renewed hope for your present and future.
