I am a master's level, licensed professional counselor, providing services to adults & adolescents in individual & couple settings for over 40 years. Areas of experience include anxiety, depression, abuse, grief, relationship & parenting issues, pre-marital & marital counseling. I also provide coaching in general relational, career & spiritual areas of life. My focus is on helping people find a Christ-centered approach to life's struggles & resolution of past hindrances & hurts, while developing the necessary life skills to be all that God intended them to be.
