About

Are you in a season heavy with anxiety, loss, loneliness, irritability, or spiritual weariness? You are tired of being weighed down? I help with a faith-affirming and compassionate process that gets you unstuck and to living wholeheartedly.

As an IFS Level 1 trained therapist, I guide individuals and couples through the meaningful exploration of trauma, family history, and addiction, transforming wounds into a foundation for renewal and growth. Together, we’ll build skills and strategies that not only support your healing now, but also empower you to thrive well beyond our time together.
I work from a Christian worldview, which is beautifully complemented by the approach I use, and I’m glad to incorporate Scripture and prayer into our sessions if that is meaningful to you.

It can feel daunting to seek help, particularly in Christian communities where mental health is often misunderstood. Bring your concerns and questions to our first consultation. Text or email for a free 15 min call today. I look forward to speaking with you!

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

I’ve always been drawn to understanding human emotions, relationships, and resilience. Growing up, I noticed that a faith-informed therapy space—a place where people could feel safe knowing their spiritual beliefs were honored in the healing process—was missing for me and those around me. Witnessing this gap inspired me to create an environment where individuals could explore their challenges while staying grounded in their faith and values.
Being a therapist is a meaningful calling—one that allows me to offer comfort, encouragement, and participate in the God's healing work (2 Corinthians 1:3–4), partnering with Him as He restores hearts and renews lives.
