About

I am a National Board Certified Christian Counselor and Certified Mental Health Coach, with additional certifications in life and business coaching, leadership development, and holistic health. My training includes credentials from the National Association of Christian Counselors, Destiny Coaching, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the National Personal Training Institute. I believe in integrating approaches that transform all parts of life to deal with the whole person. I have found that this is where real transformation begins. Everything is relational and if we begin to get to the root of things many receive their break through in healing.

My practice focuses on holistic transformation—helping individuals heal internally while building healthy resilience and activating wealth beyond money. I work with high-performing leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking wholeness across emotional, relational, spiritual, and professional areas of life.

While my work is grounded in Christian values, I serve clients of all backgrounds—faith-based and non-faith-based alike. Whether you’re navigating leadership challenges, personal transitions, or seeking deeper alignment, I offer a safe and empowering space for growth, healing, and transformation.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice

I became a Board Certified Christian Counselor because my faith is the ceiling for how I show up and serve at a high level with integrity to handle people well regardless of if they believe as I do. I've navigated many hard seasons in my own life and it matters who we partner with. My responsibility is to show love and love people back to life. Letting them know that this is only a stop in the road but not the destination. I want my clients to know that the adversity that they're experiencing is the catalyst to birth the next best version of themselves and it makes me happy and feel blessed to play a role in seeing them on the other side of their experiences.
