About

Current availability for new clients. Ages mid 20s & up.

I work primarily from a trauma-informed lens and focus on your strengths and values to help you navigate daily stressors and nurture resiliency to move beyond life's challenges. You may come to me feeling stuck, ready for change, and not knowing where to begin to transform one or many areas of your life. Through our work together, you will gain perspective, strategies, and empowerment to develop overall emotional, mental, and relational wellbeing. When requested, I am happy to engage a faith-based approach to help illuminate the bigger picture to overcome obstacles and gain clarity through God’s Word and prayer.

I would be honored to walk alongside you through the trials and tribulations that you face as you seek a place of wholeness and wellbeing. Throughout our time together, I look forward to providing a warm, compassionate space to help you develop resilience over your circumstances, strength through adversity, and skills/support to develop your inner resources.

My approach is client-centered as I value your background and experiences in a safe, non-judgmental, and genuine space. We are not meant to go through life’s difficulties alone and in our toughest moments, we need someone calm, compassionate, trustworthy, and fully present to support us in our greatest time of need. Reach out if I can be that person for you.
