I have over 20 years of experience in helping professions, including education, counseling, and coaching. As a therapist, I love nurturing hope and healing for the hurting. You may be overwhelmed by anxiety or relationship struggles, weighed down by grief, trauma, or depression, or feel unfulfilled. Through our work together, you will gain perspective, strategies, and empowerment to develop emotional, mental, and relational wellbeing. Spiritually, when requested, I am happy to engage Christian counseling to help illuminate the bigger picture to overcome obstacles and gain tranquility and clarity through God’s Word and prayer.
I would be honored to walk alongside you through the trials and tribulations that you face as you seek a place of wholeness and wellbeing. Throughout our time together, I look forward to providing a warm, compassionate space to help you develop resilience over your circumstances, strength through adversity, and skills to develop your inner resources.
My approach is client-centered as I value your background and experiences in a safe, non-judgmental, and genuine space. We are not meant to go through life’s difficulties alone and in our toughest moments, we need someone calm, compassionate, trustworthy, and fully present to support us in our greatest time of need. I offer therapy sessions both in-person and virtually through a secure online platform.
I am out of network with insurance; however, a superbill (receipt) will be provided that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company about the percentage you will get back once you submit your claims.
